Canterbury Riverside Group and friends special tour

The Franciscan Gardens were delighted to welcome the Canterbury Riverside Group and friends for a special tour of the gardens on the 7th June. With garden designer Sarah Morgan leading the tour, guests heard of the latest additions and improvements including the recent conservation of an important medieval wall. Our exciting future plans were also discussed, with opening in July providing a sustainable future for the site which will allow for continued investment and development of new features as well as continuing to care for this special place. Thank you to everyone who was able to come along to enjoy a sunny evening in the garden and for your continued support of the Franciscan Gardens project.
